Not quite, but when we caught up with Joseph Morgan and Daniel Gillies, the stars of The CW's upcoming "Vampire Diaries" spin-off, we were curious as to how flashback heavy their new series would be. After all, its predecessor never met a period scene it didn't like, and with a millennium's worth of history at their disposal, there's no shortage of content to mine.
